HAUCHIWA KAEDE is a maple which has broad leaves.
In Japan, there is a legend that a creature which has red face and long sticky nose exsists. That creature is called 'TENGU'.
TENGU has a gear to fly. That gear is made of bird wing and called 'HAUCHIWA'.
The name 'HUCHIWA KAEDE' is because its leaves is similar to the 'TENGU's 'HAUCHIWA'.

wanna introduce plants you can see in Tokyo, Japan.
I guess many tourists to Tokyo which love plants can not find out plant -guidebooks of Tokyo in their home.
It is because Tokyo is a representative of urban business cities in the world, not the place like Alps, Hawaii etc.
But If you would come here, you will see many kinds of plants in parks , along streets and the others.
Taking the photos of plants is my pastime.
This is the reason I will try to introduce them.
