The home is North America and the english name is 'American Sweetgum'.
It is introduced in Japan more than 90 years ago.
The colors of leaves in late autumn are very special.
Some leaf is green, orange, red, blue.
Finally, all turn red.

I guess many tourists to Tokyo which love plants can not find out plant -guidebooks of Tokyo in their home.
It is because Tokyo is a representative of urban business cities in the world, not the place like Alps, Hawaii etc.
But If you would come here, you will see many kinds of plants in parks , along streets and the others.
Taking the photos of plants is my pastime.
This is the reason I will try to introduce them.
