NUMASUGI is orginally distributed in North America.
(don't know the English name)
In Japan, a alias is RAHUUSHOU.
NUMASUGI = NUMA+SUGI. NUMA means pond and SUGI means cedar tree.
RAKUUSHOU = RAKUU+SHOU. RAKKU means deciduous and SHOU means pine tree.
It is a kind of deciduous conifer.
It has many aerial roots growing from the ground, so if you find NUMASUGI , watch your steps.
